When are payments sent?

You will receive an Account Statement by the 10th of the month summarizing the previous month’s bookings. Payments are processed by the 15th, and will arrive shortly after that date. For example, if your first bookings occur in April, you’ll receive an Account Statement by May 10th and payment will be issued by May 15th, depending upon if we’ve received your payment details.
