How do I cancel an activity?

You can always cancel your reservation directly in your account by selecting the “Cancel” option next to your booking. We encourage you to cancel your reservation in the app or on the website as soon as possible to ensure someone else has the opportunity to book the spot instead!

All reservations booked through KidPass need to be cancelled directly through your KidPass account via the app or website to ensure a successful cancellation. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation via email and the class will no longer appear in your upcoming classes.

Pay attention when booking an activity when the cancellation window closes. If you cancel past the cancellation window, unfortunately your credits can not be returned.
