You can always cancel your reservation directly in your account by selecting the “Cancel” option next to your booking, if you booked your reservation using credits. If you purchased the reservation a la carte, you'll need to reach out to email@example.com to cancel the reservation and request a refund.
We encourage you to cancel your reservation in the app or on the website as soon as possible to ensure someone else has the opportunity to book the spot instead!
All reservations booked through KidPass need to be cancelled directly through your KidPass account via the app or website to ensure a successful cancellation. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation via email with the subject “KidPass Cancellation Confirmation” and the class will no longer appear in your upcoming activities. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation, you have not cancelled.
Pay attention to the cancellation window when booking an activity. If the cancellation window has passed, your credits cannot be returned.
