Can I pause my membership?

If you’re going on a long vacation or your child is going to sleepaway camp, pausing your KidPass membership is a great option. You keep unused credits and all relevant information in your account (child name, booking history) without getting charged. Pausing your membership will take effect once your current billing cycle ends and you must set an end date.

For example, if your billing cycle is on the 8th of each month (you were most recently charged on 5/8/18) and you set your membership to pause on 5/11/18 until 7/27/18, you would be able to use credits until 6/8/18. On 7/27/18, you would be charged your membership  and you would be able use your credits to book thousands of kid’s activities.

Please note, you will not be able to book activities or use any credits while your account is on pause. Any classes scheduled beyond your current billing cycle end date will automatically be cancelled.

You can still purchase semesters on pause.
