Absolutely! You can place your account on hold, right in your Account Settings. Here's how:
-Log into your account
-Click on the 'My Account' button located in the upper right-hand corner and go to the 'Account Settings' page
-Click the 'Hold your account' button in the bottom left-hand corner of the page
-Choose the date you would like your account to auto-renew to schedule your hold
Please note that you cannot book activities while your account is on hold, and any classes scheduled beyond your current billing cycle end date will automatically be cancelled. The hold will go into effect after your current billing cycle ends.
