What is your activity cancellation policy?

Activity cancellation policies vary depending upon the activity. View the activity details to read their cancellation policy prior to booking. For activities that offer a cancellation policy, if you cancel within the specified cancellation period, then you will be refunded the credits that were used to book the activity. If you do not cancel within the specified cancellation period (or book an activity, but do not attend), then you will lose the credits that were used to book the activity. This policy helps ensure that others have an opportunity to take your spot.

Note that some activities do not allow for credit refunds upon cancellation, so if you cancel the activity, then you will lose the credits that were used to book the activity. If you have any cancellation issues, please contact support@kidpass.com.
